"Officers' Clothing Collected"
"All chaplains in the Division this week began a collection of worn out officers' clothing to be dyed and remade into wearing apparel for needy persons in Austria. Officers are asked to send their old clothes to their unit chaplains. No item is so badly worn that it cannot be salvaged and remade. Every item is needed. There are many children in Austria who are entirely without clothes for the winter."
